The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operation of the company, reporting to the Managing Director. They will work alongside the Admin team, Operations team, and Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to Trial Balance
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable and all subcontractor payments
- Revenue returns for P30, VAT and RCT
- Prepare payment runs for review and ensure they are in line with the cashflow forecasts.
- Entering financial information into accounting software programs
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing company ledgers
- Raise invoices
- Analysis and reconciliations
- Responsible for weekly and monthly payroll
- Credit Control
- Conduct ad-hoc financial tasks as required
