McKvr Sports are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Print and Embroidery Operative to join our production team.
In this dual-function role, you will handle high-volume garment printing and operate both single-head and multi-head embroidery machines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all decorated apparel meets our quality standards and dispatch deadlines.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: 1+ years operating industrial printing or embroidery machinery preferred, though strong technical aptitude with a willingness to train on multi- head machines will be considered.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for alignment, colour matching, and stitching quality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive manual tasks, and lift boxes up to 15–20 kg.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively under pressure during peak production periods.
