Overview
Mamo Building Services is a property Management and Construction Company for Residential and Commercial properties and due to expansion require two Quantity Surveyors for our Armagh and Belfast sites.
Duties include:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- Analysing tenders and contract bids.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and cost planning.
- Attend and participate in site progress meetings.
- Help promote best practice in Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
- Help deliver projects on-time and within budget.
- Ability to manage several projects at different stages.
